Limited Lifetime Warranty | Dakine offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Dakine will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and are within the Limited Lifetime Warranty covenants which exclude normal wear. Claims should be presented at the point of initial purchase with proper documentation to validate claims thereunder.

Warranty Instructions
If you purchased directly from the Dakine Canada Online Store, please contact the Canadian Warranty Department via email: warrantycanada@dakine.com or phone: (855) 900-6382. Office hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm EDT. You must include your Dakine.com order number from your purchase. Order numbers can be found on your order confirmation email, packaging slip, or by logging into your Customer Account.
If you purchased through a different online store or a retail store, please refer to your invoice / reciept and contact that retailer. They will help you with your warranty.
